No Refunds - ONLY Exchanges Offered with Conditions
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not allow returns or refunds, only exchanges.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact me within 2 days of delivery to notify me that you wish to exchange your item. Original item will need to be returned within 7 days of delivery date at buyer's shipping expense.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned for exchange. If there is an issue with these items, please contact me.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
